Greece has issued Joint Ministerial Decision 2/2026 (Government Gazette Β’ 64/13.1.2026), which sets the new fee schedule for registrations, entries, certificates, and extracts in the Cadastral Registry, the Transcription and Mortgage System, and the Electronic Pledge Registry under the updated legislative framework. The Decision introduces proportional fees of 5‰ or 8‰, depending on the type of act, and provides fixed-fee rules for specific pledge registrations under Law 3156/2003. It also clarifies how fees are calculated for pending applications submitted before its entry into force. The new structure completes the implementation of the Cadastral and Pledge Registry Code and standardises fee calculation across all relevant registries.
