The Athens Exchange's Alternative Market has been registered as an SME Growth Market and renamed EN.A. Growth, aligning Greece's alternative market with the European SME Growth Market framework under MiFID II. The new framework introduces a streamlined admission process, enhanced corporate governance and transparency requirements, and revised trading rules, with the aim of improving SMEs' access to capital while strengthening investor confidence and further integrating the Greek capital market with European standards.
