Our latest newsletter presents the progression of doctoral research by Miltos Apostolidis (PhD Candidate in Business & Management) on Corporate Social Responsibility in the Credit Servicing Sector. Following the conceptual work published earlier this year, the study has now entered its empirical phase through a structured questionnaire addressed to professionals and borrowers in the Greek credit-servicing ecosystem. The research examines how CSR principles are understood and applied in practice, and how they relate to transparency, ethical asset management, borrower trust, and long-term organisational resilience. The findings aim to enrich academic literature while offering practical insights for Credit Servicing Firms, regulators, and market stakeholders.
